Euromoney: Merko is the Estonia’s best real estate developer and best developer of residential real estate in Latvia
In its latest real estate market survey, the world’s leading business and investment magazine Euromoney picked AS Merko Ehitus as Estonia’s best real estate developer. Merko also received top spot in the category of residential real estate developers in Latvia.
“The results of the survey conducted at an international level are important recognition for us and we are glad that our team’s work in developing quality, real estate products and living environments has been noticed. In addition, we’re very pleased that besides our activities in Estonia, our residential real estate development in Latvia has been deemed deserving of the top ranking,” said Andres Trink, the chairman of the AS Merko Ehitus management board.
The Euromoney (www.euromoney.com) Real Estate Survey 2015 was published this year for the 11th time. The results of the survey are based on the evaluations by other market participants and specialists in the field – participants and evaluators include consultants, developers, investors, banks, business customers and end users. Respondents are asked which companies they see as standing out in the last 12 months as the best providers of products and services in the real estate sector.
