Merko is Estonia’s best real estate developer and Latvia’s best residential real estate developer
In its latest 2017 Real Estate Survey, the business and investment magazine Euromoney picked Merko as Estonia’s best real estate developer, with the company taking the top spot in the overall rankings as well as the residential and multifunctional use real estate categories. In addition, Merko´s daughter company Merks was once again also named Latvia’s best residential real estate developer.
“The results of the latest Euromoney study provide recognition for our company’s real estate development specialists. What makes the recognition particularly significant is that the study is based on feedback form specialists in the field. Merko’s goal is to create an integral, modern living environment and we will continue developing our products and services,” said AS Merko Ehitus management board chairman Andres Trink.
The Euromoney (www.euromoney.com) Real Estate Survey was conducted in May and June 2017 for the 13th time. The results are based on ratings from other market participants and specialists in the field – consultants, developers, investors, banks, business clients and end users all participate and have their say. Respondents are asked which companies they see as the most outstanding in the last 12 months in terms of providing products and services in the real estate sector. Over 2,400 respondents from 1,200 companies in 75 countries took part in the 2016 survey.
