Merko has launched the fourth phase of the Paepargi apartment development and started the construction of the first of three buildings, located at Paepargi 49 and is completed in late 2015. The 14-storey building has 60 flats, with two especially luxurious penthouse apartments on the top storey, featuring high ceilings, spacious terraces, a great view, air conditioning system and a smart home solution. The first six storeys have 1-3-room apartments and the 7th through the 14th storeys have 2-4-room flats. The improved utility systems in the new apartment buildings include a separate ventilation system for each apartment and floor heating.
To assess compatibility of different design parts BIM models were generated based on 2D drawings.
