Apartment building at Rästa str 18Rästa 18, Tallinn

The five-storey building has an elongated footprint. The part of the building that lies along Sõpruse puiestee is broken up horizontally with moderately recessed and projecting sections. The floor plan is as functional and compact as possible given the size and proportions allowed under the detailed plan. Retail spaces and three residential units are to be situated on the first storey (ground floor), along with utility rooms and storage areas for the flats. Residential units are located from the second to the fifth storeys. The architects designed the units to exemplify a modern Nordic standard of living. The basement level has storage areas and a parking area for 38 cars.
