The three 7-storey buildings in Paepargi have a total 93 apartments. The energy performance of the flats in the class B buildings is ensured by hydronic floor heating and heat-recovery forced-air ventilation. The apartments have good soundproofing qualities with regard to inside and outside noise and sliding glass doors offer protection from the elements.
BIM models were used to manage the design process, calculate construction volumes and organize work on the job site.
