10 detached homes will be built on the registered immovable. AS Merko Infra’s External Networks Department will remove topsoil, establish the footings for the foundations and lay water supply, storm water, sewerage and drainage pipes. The substructure of roads will also be built, the perimeters of the building’s foundation will be insulated and the soil will be planed at the right height. All told, 850 m of pipes and one waste water pump station will be established and 3,000 m3 of soil will be moved.
