The residential and commercial building at Kentmanni 6 was planned to be the dominant structure in the urban space and complete Rävala puiestee, which starts in front of the Radisson Hotel. So that road users in the vicinity of the building would perceive the continuation of the urban space in the planned Rävala puiestee extension, the main volume of the building has been raised to the fifth floor level. The solution makes the views from the Rävala puiestee axis more spacious, and also takes a sparing attitude toward the existing surrounding buildings, preserving the views from them along the Rävala axis.

The building consists of units with a clear structure, which join each other to make up an integral composition. The building has three primary entrances, which in their level of distinction conform to the requirements of the surrounding urban space. The one-storey structure planned in the middle of Rävala puiestee is handled more in the style of a pavilion, it is visually lighter than the rest of the building. Office spaces are situated on the two lower above-storey storeys, while apartments are located on the other stories.

The BIM model was used for visualisation of the design and the calculation of construction quantities.
