The construction of the Lossi/Soone apartment buildings was carried out as a development project by Merko Ehitus. The project included two four-storied apartment buildings with 32 flats. The construction work started in July, 2002 and was completed in June, 2003. The Lossi/Soone project was quite successful, both in the sense of construction as well as development. The buildings were completed on time and almost all apartments were soid by the end of the construction period.
