Within the project, a plant was built for the production of polyethylene, polypropylene, and biopolymer packaging with a print, along with a warehouse and office premises. The production area consists of three workshops: in the first, polythene is produced; the second hosts a printing unit, and the third is the processing unit. In the constructed packaging material warehouse and wholesale unit, the largest exhibit in Latvia displaying the offered packaging materials is also available. Various engineering-technical solutions were employed in the project implementation. Seeing as the building is large, the installed ventilation and conditioning systems are also extensive, featuring various capacities, temperatures and complex connection solutions. The management of the construction project was a fine challenge for the team, taking into account the extent of the project, the demanding requirements of the customer, various specialist examinations, and the complexity of engineering communications.
The total land area where construction works were performed is 66,959 m2, the total buildings area is 35,196 m2.
