Tallink Tennis CentrePunane str 76, Tallinn

The complex includes 14 tennis courts, 10 badminton courts, gym, fitness halls and administration rooms. Contract signed for performing works in the 1st phase of construction. In building the indoor courts for the tennis centre, special attention was devoted to the lighting and acoustics and sound-absorbing construction materials were used. The roof towering over the courts is supported on 25-metre-long spans, doing away with the need for support posts between the courts. There are separate dressing rooms for adults and children, saunas, a tennis shop and a chillout zone. The centre has a dressing room with six saunas and more than 800 lockers. The centre also houses the headquarters of the Estonian Tennis Association.

BIM models were used for generating 4D schedules, planning the construction work, verification of compatibility of different design parts.
