Two houses with 49 apartments were constructed. 4 one-room, 20 two room, 20 three-room and 5 four-room apartments. The building in Räägu Street comprises 34 and the building in Varese street 15 apartments. In the southern side of both houses, the whole façade is covered with 12 m² balconies. The apartments on the first floor include terraces, which are even bigger than the balconies. The buildings have been built of prefabricated elements of reinforced concrete, the façade is decorated with red and black wooden boards, which harmonise with the soft red lighting of pathways and parking lots surrounding the building, creating cosy environment. Apartments have inner and outer doors made of veneer and wooden aluminium windows; for inner decoration, parquet boards have been used instead of regular materials. The majority of apartments in the smaller house have a sauna. All apartments in the project can be characterised by being full of light – thanks to large windows – and cosy atmosphere achieved with the help of nature-identical materials.
