In the town of Elva, AS Merko Ehitus constructed and reconstructed altogether 34.7 km of water pipelines, sewers, pressure sewers and storm sewers. 10 new sewage pumping stations were installed and one reconstructed. In addition, five wells for measuring drinking water and two water pressure booster stations were installed. In the framework of the same project, the existing bored well-pumping station with 14 m3/h output in Jaani street was reconstructed and two new bored well-pumping stations of 215 m depth with 14 m3/h output were constructed.
