The AS Merko Ehitus group companies offer construction and real estate development comprehensive solutions in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and starting from 2016 also in Norway. Depending on what customers need, we perform smaller construction work and also handle larger-scale, complex and innovative projects, ranging from buildings to infrastructure facilities, energy installations and road construction. Merko Ehitus is one of the leading residential construction companies in the Baltic states.
Construction on the Akropole multifunctional centre in Riga has started. The total floor area of Akropole, Latvia’s biggest such complex, is 98,000 m².
Merko and BLRT Group are collaborating on the establishment in the Noblessner project of four seaside apartment buildings with superb views. There will be a total 200 apartments and close to 3,700 m² of retail and office space.
Completed in summer 2017, Telia’s headquarters in Tallinn is considered Estonia’s most innovative office building.
