The capacity to quickly adapt to ever-evolving market conditions was essential for success over the last couple of years. Construction trends changed from building shopping centres to developing cutting-edge business centres. This year we finished two major business centre projects – GUSTAVS Business Center and Elemental Business Centre. Currently, we are already witnessing a significant change in forthcoming initiatives. In the near future, civil engineering projects like wind or solar farms and defence-related projects like a new army base will take priority. 

Fortunately, we have been successful in choosing the right projects, as seen by our financial results, but we needed to make a change in order to grow in the future. Therefore, 2023 was a year of transformation for our company as we changed our business model in Latvia to improve our operational efficiency and internal communication and to provide our valued customers with higher levels of quality. Although change can be challenging, we were able to proceed as smoothly as possible with this transition thanks to our dedicated and hardworking team members.

Beyond organisational adjustments, our dedication to innovation is demonstrated by the development of multiple new digital systems and the increased attention we provide to the welfare of our staff members. We are committed to acknowledging and rewarding performance, as seen by the introduction of a new bonus system. Additionally, we will be directing our future efforts with a greater focus on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) standards. By aligning our business practices with these principles, we aim to not only enhance the well-being of our employees but also to deliver sustainable and environmentally friendly construction services that resonate with the values of our clients and contribute to a better future.
