Merks Mājas returns to Skanste - district in Riga, where we have already built more than 1,000 homes. Skanste neighborhood is considered to be the most modern part of downtown Riga with great future potential. The new residential project Arena Garden Towers will be located near to the future Skanstes dārzi park in Riga. The project comprises of two buildings with more than 400 apartments which we plan to be develop in four stages, in each stage a 13-storey multi-apartment building with parking spaces on the first floor. The landscaping of the territory is planned on the roof of the parking lot, and the landscaping solutions will integrate the project into the planned Skanstes dārzi park. We have already created 8 professional beach volleyball courts next to the future living environment.
