The business and apartment building has 11 stories with 31 apartments, 6 business areas, 24 office spaces and 247 parking spaces. The project was unique because it was a high-rise building and this set more strict technical requirements. For builders it was very challenging to construct certain surfaces that consisted of glass, timber, varied cor-nices, slats and skirtings, wallpapers, expensive lamps, etc. There were 112 different types of tiles and 69 different floorings used in the building.
