The apartment buildings at Räägu str 12 b/ Kännu str 30 and Räägu str 12/Lehe str 29 are 4-storied with the gross areas of 2,823.3 m² and 3,207.7 m². The active construction started in the quarter outlined with Tüve, Räägu and Lehe streets in November 2005. Four four-storied apartment buildings, including total of 133 apartments, were completed. The gas, water, sewerage and stormwater systems were built simultaneously with the buildings. The new street lighting was installed and the roads and squares between the buildings were asphalted. The playgrounds for children were installed together with furbishing.
