Paepargi 51 is the second of three buildings to be established in the Paepargi high-rise apartment development. The 14-storey building has 60 units. The improved technical utility system in the new apartment buildings includes apartment-based ventilation and hydronic floor heating.
To assess compatibility of different design parts BIM models were generated based on 2D drawings.
