Under the agreement, the existing Aia Street was extended to Lootsi Street. A sidewalk, street lighting, stormwater drainage and a bridge over the Tori River was built on the new 800-metre section of the street. In addition, a bridge over the Põduste River was reconstructed on Lootsi Street and a new pedestrian bridge was built.
