The second stage of the Erminurme development project includes two energy class A buildings with a total of 37 apartments.
Erminurme homes are located on the border between the town of Tartu and Tartu rural municipality, next to the Estonian National Museum, one of the largest and most modern museums in Europe. Erminurme is a cosy living environment that is architecturally suited to the milieu of the neighbourhood where it is equally easy to enjoy local cultural events and the pleasures of the surrounding scenery and to keep close connection with the midtown of Tartu. Two- or three-storeyed apartment buildings, in total 12 buildings with 224 new homes are located in the cosy residential quarter.
The inhabitants can pleasantly enjoy their spare moments in the landscaped yard area of the Erminurme quarter which offers joy to younger and older residents alike. In addition to residential buildings, a public park area is also laid out. The beautiful Raadimõisa Park in the vicinity also invites the inhabitants for nice walks.
