In the fourth stage of the Lahekalda apartment development project on the Maarjamäe limestone cliff in Tallinn, two apartment buildings with a total of 98 apartments were completed by the end of 2022.

The two- to four-room apartments in the 8-storey energy class A buildings at Paekalda 23/1 and Paekalda 23/2 are range from 43 to 91 square metres in size. The apartments are located on floors two to eight, with storage rooms and covered parking spaces located on the ground floor. The courtyards of the Lahekalda residential district were landscaped and equipped with children’s playgrounds and recreational areas.

Lahekalda residential quarter is located in Tallinn on the beautiful Maarjamäe limestone cliff, on the boarder of Pirita and Lasnamäe districts. The total volume of the development project includes the construction of over 20 new apartment buildings with more than one thousand apartments over the next ten years. In the later stages of the development project, a store with small shops and service areas, along with a nursery school, will be built in the residential block. The close proximity of the Pirita health trails and sea promenade adds value to the rapidly developing neighbourhood.
