The developers of the complex located at Sadama 4 are Estma HPT, Nordox, and Wingmacht Arendus. The building, which has six above-ground floors and one underground floor with a gross area of nearly 15,000 square meters, was constructed by Merko. The architecture of the building was designed by architect Martin Kinks.
Tallinn’s newest hotel has 169 rooms that meet the high standards of the international Hyatt hotel chain. The hotel’s first floor houses the Zoom restaurant and lobby bar, and the top floor features a stylish bar. Additional amenities for hotel guests include a fitness room and conference rooms that can be flexibly converted to host a variety of events. The building’s roof terrace offers views of the Old Town and Tallinn Bay.
Over the years, Merko has significantly shaped the appearance of Tallinn’s port area by constructing Tallink’s office buildings and spa hotel, the D-terminal parking garage, and, at the end of last year, the Vanasadam tram line in cooperation with KMG
