The Arter quarter, located at the intersection of Liivalaia and Juhkental streets in central Tallinn, has a total gross floor area of 77 220 m² and 44 000 m² of prestigious rental space. The quarter consists of three buildings and an atrium connecting them, together with a parking garage. A 9-storey building with 3,000 sq m of Bob W rental apartments was completed in July 2024, a 15-storey commercial building with 9,000 sq m of rental space was completed in November 2024 and a 28-storey commercial building with 19,000 sq m of rental space will be completed in 2025. The near-zero energy buildings are designed and will be completed to the high level of the international BREEAM standard Excellent.
Together with the first buildings, two new access roads to Imanta and Võlvi Streets, a green area and a public park along Veski Street will be completed, from where a light traffic route marking the former Härjapea River will pass through.
Arter’s office premises have a first-class indoor climate, the net height of the floors is at least three metres, and raised floors in the rental premises provide the flexibility to change the floor layout and location of workplaces. In addition to fine class A office space and rental apartments, the quarter offers 3,200 sq m of various services, including 2 restaurants, a boutique and a bookshop, a sports club with a 20-metre swimming pool for employees of the companies in the quarter, beauty and health services, and various meeting rooms. There are a total of 440 parking spaces in the quarter’s multi-storey car park, and the quarter also has Estonia’s largest indoor bicycle park and wash, as well as changing and shower rooms.
