The bulk of the Logistics Centre in Rae Tehnopark is a single-storey warehouse building with a net height of 11 m. Because of its significant storage height, the warehouse is equipped with a sprinkler system. At the customer’s request, a seamless floor was poured. The office unit has two storeys.
