Two apartment buildings with a total of 108 apartments will be completed as part of the fifth stage of the Lahekalda development. The apartments in the 8-storey energy class A buildings at Paekalda 19 and 21 will range from 36 to 125 square metres in size. The architectural solution was developed by PLUSS Architects. Merko will incorporate green recreation areas for adults and children around the buildings and install solar panels on the roofs of both buildings.

Lahekalda quarter is located in Tallinn on the beautiful Maarjamäe limestone cliff, at the boarder of the Pirita and Lasnamäe districts. The development project comprises of approximately twenty-five new residential buildings with more than one thousand apartments, which will be built within the next ten years. The courtyards of the buildings contain green recreational areas and playgrounds; in addition, buildings with commercial and service functions to support a comprehensive living environment are also planned for the quarter. The close proximity of the Pirita health trails and sea promenade also add value to the rapidly developing neighbourhood.
