Two apartment buildings with a total of 110 apartments will be completed as part of the six stage of the Lahekalda development. The residential buildings at Paekalda 15 and 17 are 8-storey A-energy class buildings with windows offering views of Tallinn Bay and the city skyline or the beautiful surrounding nature. The apartments under construction have 1-4 rooms and range in size from 35 to 124 square meters. The architectural design of the buildings was created by the architects of Arhitektuuribüroo PLUSS. Merko will incorporate green recreation areas for adults and children around the buildings.

Lahekalda quarter is located in Tallinn on the beautiful Maarjamäe limestone cliff, at the boarder of the Pirita and Lasnamäe districts. Close to 500 new homes have been completed in Lahekalda, and about 25 more apartment buildings with more than 1000 apartments are due to be completed before the project is finished. We will develop and build an integral and secure living environment that breathes as one with the human inhabitants and nature. It will be like a small town of its own that, besides the high-quality homes and amenities already in place, will eventually have a local shop, nursery school and spacious park area. The close proximity of the Pirita health trails and sea promenade also add value to the rapidly developing neighbourhood.
