One apartment building with a total of 55 apartments will be completed as part of the six stage of the Lahekalda development. Paekalda 17 is an eight-storey energy class A building with windows overlooking the Bay of Tallinn and its surrounding lovely scenery. The apartments nearing completion have 1-4 rooms, with floor space ranging between 35–124 square metres. The architecture was designed by Arhitektuuribüroo PLUSS. Merko will incorporate green recreation areas for adults and children around the buildings.
Lahekalda quarter is located in Tallinn on the beautiful Maarjamäe limestone cliff, at the boarder of the Pirita and Lasnamäe districts. Close to 500 new homes have been completed in Lahekalda, and about 25 more apartment buildings with more than 1000 apartments are due to be completed before the project is finished. We will develop and build an integral and secure living environment that breathes as one with the human inhabitants and nature. It will be like a small town of its own that, besides the high-quality homes and amenities already in place, will eventually have a local shop, nursery school and spacious park area. The close proximity of the Pirita health trails and sea promenade also add value to the rapidly developing neighbourhood.
