Magdalēna’s Quarter is a residential quarter, located in the quiet center of Riga. The first stage of the development saw the completion of two residential buildings with 116 apartments, including seven unique live-work concept apartments in which the living space on the second floor is connected via stairs with a work space on the first floor. The buildings also include three commercial premises, a carpark for 73 cars, six garages, and storage lockers for apartment dwellers.

There is a 2,000 m² green, car-free courtyard between the two buildings with a children’s playground and an area for sports activities. Private outdoor spaces consist of balconies on the south side of the buildings and terraces.
