The second stage of the development includes six apartment buildings with 209 apartments. The 5- and 6-storey buildings located at address Manufakturu str. 7 have the energy class rating A+. All apartments have spacious balconies or terraces and are equipped with heat-recovery ventilation system, providing fresh air and ensuring even air distribution. Parking spaces, storage rooms and charging stations for electric cars are located in underground parking garage. The sizes of the one- to four-room apartments range between 28 to 88 square metres.

The new residential quarter Vilnelės skverai (merko.lt/vilnelesskverai) is located on an area of 4.7 hectares and it becomes a new living enivonment for approximately a thousand families. The development project comprises of 26 modern and energy-efficiency class A+ apartment buildings. The buildings are grouped around four squares creating cosy spaces with green plants, children’s playgrounds and recreation areas together with a spacious and safe pedestrian zone. The urban style buildings have large panoramic windows and each apartment has a balcony or a spacious terrace, offering marvellous views on the magnificent surroundings.
