The Viktor Masing office building in Ülemiste City, Tallinn, consists of two thirteen-story towers connected to each other up to the ninth floor.

The office building meets the highest environmental standards: it has an A energy rating, district heating and cooling, and a 150 kW solar panel system. The building is applying for LEED Gold certification for energy efficiency.

Inspired by the colors and textures of the bog, the building has a gross area of 27,300 m² and will accommodate up to 20,000 m² of office space. In addition, the first floor of the commercial building will feature a golf simulator for tenants and spacious common areas with lush landscaping.
