Under the contract, the E265/T-11 Tallinn roundabout from 24.9 to 29.6 km, i.e. from Kanama viaduct to Saku viaduct was reconstructed to 1st class road (2+2 lanes). In addition a new 3.35 km long section of Juuliku-Tabasalu connection road was constructed together with Juuliku two-level interchange. After completition of the new two-level interchange, the Jälgimäe one-level unsafety interchange E265/T-11 28.29 km was closed. During the construction, two viaducts and bridges were built.

The work was performed by a consortium consisting of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, AS Merko Infra ja Tallinna Teede AS.
