The building is built on the site of the old sports building with tennis courts. The new building is larger and has a supporting precast reinforced concrete framework with laminated wood structures above 4 tennis court halls. The two-storey structure in the façade part of the building is intended for administrative, utility and service premises. The exterior of the entire building – i.e. both roof and walls – is covered with sandwich panels. Water radiant heaters are used in the sports hall. The windows are made of aluminium and PVC profiles.
