The construction contract for the event center being built in the historic repair shop of the former Krull factory includes the restoration and conversion of the old industrial building located at Krulli 4d into a multifunctional venue for hosting events.

The approximately 2,100-square-meter modern building will be completed according to the vision of KOKO Architects. During construction, the historic structure will be preserved; two above-ground floors will be built to host various events—concerts, theater performances, conferences, and dinners—and a basement level will be added beneath the building.
