SIA Merko Mājas has launched the Lucavsala residential project on Lucavsala island on the Daugava River in Riga. The first stage of the project comprises a complex of three buildings with total of 199 apartments and two commercial units. In the first phase of the first stage, 54 apartments were completed.

The buildings of the first stage are of energy class A and the new living environment has unique landscaping. There are an outdoor gym, multiple recreation areas for different ages, a shared greenhouse, basketball and football fields located on the roof of a multi-storey parking house. The development project comprises in total of three residential building complexes with a total of 590 apartments and six commercial units.
