In autumn of 2006 Merko Ehitus finished contraction works of the main building of Transgroup Invest, the outstanding and extraordinary design of which required great devotion from the constructor. There are 5 office floors and a parking floor under the building. The building possesses approximately 5,000 m² of useful area. In addition to the fact that the project was demanding, the construction business was demanding, the construction business was flourishing at the time of constructing the main building. Despite this, the building was finished without sacrificing the quality of either inner or external works.
