The all-time biggest site of the Residential Construction Division of Merko Ehitus is Saviliiva residential block. In the course of this project we planned, designed and built the following buildings and facilities on state land at Kakumäe District in Tallinn:
- 13 three-storey apartment buildings (uniform project for all buildings), 14 apartments in each building: 3 one-room, 5 two-room and 6 three room apartments – alltogether 182 apartments
- 32 small residential buildings with 4 different design solutions
- roads and squares with the total area of 15,510 m²
- water supply, sewer and gas lines with the total length of 8.1 km
- street lights and underground communication lines for the whole residential block.
