The hotel that was built by Merko Ehitus was opened in May, 2004; the former services centre was turned into the second largest hotel in Estonia.

There are 297 hotel rooms, 53 DDL rooms and suites, a restaurant that seats 270 people and a night-club for 130 in the ten-storied hotel.

A special mention should be made of the decorative stainless-steel poles that highlight the main frontal of the building.
