The object of the contract was the construction of the Veskimetsa communication building, including the procurement, assembly, installation and placement in service of all necessary materials, constructions, equipment. Elering AS has restructuring the communications solution for Veskimetsa substation. The construction work was performed on a turn-key contract basis. During the construction work, a new communication building was established on the Veskimetsa substation property.

On 1 July 2021, Merko Ehitus Eesti acquired a stake in Connecto Eesti, and the Merko electrical construction business line merged with Connecto.
