Second stage of Erminurme development to be launched soon

Construction of the second stage of the Erminurme development on the border of Tartu Rural Municipality and the City of Tartu will start soon. The apartments will be available for purchase in the near future.

The Erminurme homes are located near the Raadi Manor complex and the Estonian National Museum, which is considered to be one of the largest and most contemporary museums in Europe. During the second stage of development, two apartment buildings with a total of 37 apartments will be completed in December 2021 at Erminurme tee 12 and Erminurme tee 16. The sizes of the two- to four-room apartments in the energy class A buildings range from 47 to 97 square metres.

The total volume of the Erminurme development project is 12 new two- to three-storey apartment buildings with a total of 224 apartments. We will construct the buildings in stages and it will take, according to current plans, five years. Erminurme’s first apartment building will be completed in August 2021 at Erminurme tee 10, where 18 families will make their home in the three-storey building.

Erminurme is a cosy living environment that has a circular layout and is well suited to its surroundings; it is convenient for enjoying local cultural events and the surrounding nature as well as being in close contact with the heart of Tartu. The architectural solution of the living quarter has been created by OÜ Põldme Arhitektuur.

We will develop the area as a whole. The quarter will boast buildings with a harmonious architectural design that will blend in well with the surroundings. There will be green courtyards with recreational and play areas, necessary access roads and parking spaces. In addition to the new residential buildings, we are also creating a public park, which we will hand over to Tartu Rural Municipality upon completion.
