We supported TalTech’s interdisciplinary innovation and entrepreneurship centre MEKTORY, which opened in November 2013. Mektory aims to bring together students, researchers and entrepreneurs, and to promote engineering among pupils. On the 4th floor of Mektory’s 4,450 sq. m building, there are various test laboratories, workshops, high-tech demo centres for companies, start-up studios, a space lab, an energy lab and an exhibition and conference hall. Thematic studios have been set up to introduce the cultures of different countries (Japan, China, India, Australia, the UK and USA).
