Description of work

The Matilda House has five ground floors and one underground floor. The elegant and modern façade of the building is characterized by powerful forms combined with a fine-grained facade pattern which integrates the new building seamlessly with the ensemble of neighboring buildings. The architect of the building is Raivo Puusepp and the interior design selections have been created by interior architect Ahti Peetersoo.
Commercial spaces with street access are located on the ground floor of the building. The 2-to-4-room apartments range from 62 to 113 square meters and are located on the second to fifth floor of the building. All the apartments have spacious windows, a balcony or a terrace. The all the rooms have separately controlled water-heated floors and apartment-based forced ventilation with heat recovery. Cars can be left at the heated parking lot on the underground floor or at underbuilding parking spaces on the street level. An elevator and a green backyard area add extra comforts for the building.
