Description of work

Eesti Energia Õlitööstus built a new oil plant Enefit280 in Auvere. In order to produce oil from oil shale, nitrogen is needed, and a gas factory had to be built to get nitrogen. The technology of the factory was installed by the Italian company SIAD. The gas factory consists of a plant building, cooling building, electrical building and non-work building. In addition, asphalt roads and lots, waste water and process water lines, a pump room, an oil and sand catcher and a waste water container in the total area of 3,950 m2 were built. The resources used in the technological process are outside air, electricity and water. The produced gaseous nitrogen is transported to the adjacent oil plant through a pipe. Liquefied oxygen, nitrogen and argon are collected into collection tanks and taken away by suitable tank vehicles.
