The higher section features floors for accommodation. The three top floors are executive floors, where rooms have balconettes. The highest floor of the hotel accommodates an executive lounge. There is an underground car park under the building and. OEG’s new flagship casino spans 1,600 m² on the ground floor of the complex. The hotel accommodates 202 rooms for guests, half of which have a view overlooking Politseipark. From the 5th floor upwards, the rooms will be overlooking the Old Town and the sea from the side facing Gonsiori Street. The hotel’s restaurant is approximately 13 metres from street level, and it offers a beautiful view of the park. A SPA/health centre is located on the same floor as the restaurant. The SPA and restaurant have an open-air terrace with a catering and lounge area that can be used in the summertime. The conference centre is located on a separate floor and consists of multifunctional rooms of various sizes, which can be divided and merged with removable partitions, offering a conference service for a total of 720 people.
