Merko Infra complete the reconstruction of Mõniste 110/35/10kv substation. Works included design, construction and installation work of the substation as well as installation and configuration of secondary equipment. A new switchgear building was erected, in which a new two-sectioned 10kV switchgear and an arc-suppression coil were installed. A 35kV switchgear was installed on the substation‘s territory. Outgoing 35kV and 10kV feeder cables were installed and connected to the power grid.

On 1 July 2021, Merko Ehitus Eesti acquired a stake in Connecto Eesti, and the Merko electrical construction business line merged with Connecto.
