At the Tallinn School of Music and Ballet, which comes under the supervision of Ministry of Education and Research, students from the Tallinn School of Ballet, the Tallinn Georg Ots Music School and the Tallinn Music High School will start studying.

According to the contract, the school building was built with four elevated floors and one underground floor, where, apart from music classes and ballet rehearsal halls, also auditoria, concert halls, a library, a swimming pool, a cafeteria, and a dormitory are located. The A energy class school building, where the net area is equal to 23,860 m², has about 700 studying seats in total.

The architectural idea of the project was to create a special mysterious place in the city landscape. By spreading functions of the building to the edges of the land plot, there arised a unique and unexpected open space in the middle of it, or a garden of silence.
